What do we need to provide?
An indoor spot with about 30 in of wall for the single-door machine or 54 in for the double-door, about 28 in of depth, room for the door to open, and a standard 3-prong outlet nearby.
How do people pay?
They tap a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay on the card reader built into the machine. A temporary hold unlocks the door, and they are charged only for what they take, about 60 seconds after the door closes. No cash or coins.
How does it know what someone took?
AI cameras inside the machine recognize each item taken from the shelves. If someone picks something up and puts it back, they are not charged for it.
What products will it carry?
Cold drinks, snacks, protein, grab-and-go meals and everyday essentials. We tailor the mix to your people and adjust it based on what sells and what they request. No alcohol or tobacco.
How often is it restocked?
Every machine reports its inventory to us in real time, so we restock based on what is actually selling, before shelves run low.
Does it need our Wi-Fi?
No. The machines have their own cellular connection. They can use your Wi-Fi if you prefer.
What happens if something breaks?
The machine alerts us about temperature and downtime automatically. Repairs, replacements and customer support are on us.
Will it fit through our doors?
Both machines are 79.5 in tall, just under a standard 80 in door. The double-door machine is 53.9 in wide, so it moves through doorways on its 28 in depth. We check the delivery path during the site assessment.
What about theft?
The door stays locked until someone taps to pay, then locks again when it closes. Every transaction is recorded by the cameras, and each person is charged for exactly what they took.
